The two men that came out on June 30,2025 fixed my fire place up very nicely. They are the kindest gentlemen that I ever met at AFW!! If I ever have problems with the furniture again I would prefer people that have that same kindness and compassion as these two young men had🥰🥰🥰🥰

Great customer service! We even got a good morning from delivery guys. Overall happy with install. Only took about 10-15 minutes max from start to end. Happy we chose to pay a little extra. Well worth it!

My shopping experience with Mr. Robert Christie was great! Non of those pushy salesmen tactics. When I got ready, he answered all my questions as we walked the store back-and-forth about 6 times over my choices. (Oh! -I’m a little picky😂) extremely pleased with my purchase and pricing. And I’m looking forward to being in the next tv commercial.

Our salesperson, Mike, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect sectional couch. Delivery was on time and I love that they called to let me know they were on their way. They asked me exactly how I wanted it set up and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Perfect delivery!! Oh, and of course the price was right too. :)

The store has a fantastic selection—truly impressive. The showroom is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are unbeatable, and there’s a great variety of styles and options. From a product standpoint, this place is top-tier.
However, the customer service experience left me feeling overlooked. I spent about 40 minutes browsing the floor without a single UNOCCUPIED AVAILABLE salesperson checking in to ask if I needed help. I understand and even appreciate a low-pressure environment, but I couldn’t help but notice that other customers—who appeared to be of DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS—were acknowledged and offered assistance multiple times by multiple salespeople.
Eventually, one salesperson briefly acknowledged me while finishing up with another family. He helped me complete my purchase once he was free, and the actual buying process was fast and smooth—only took about five minutes because I came in ready to buy and with the finances ready.
While I did make a purchase (mainly because I had driven a long way and needed the furniture), I’m honestly unsure if I’d return. The product selection is excellent, but feeling ignored as a customer isn’t something I can easily overlook.
And now reading the reviews, I see that this is not an uncommon practice.

We went in just browsing. They have a HUGE selection! Very clean facility and everyone was nice but not overbearing. We ended up finding couches we wanted and Brian found us pretty soon after. Check out took a total of 5 minutes and they set up to deliver our couches on the day of our choice. Extremely happy with AFW!

I had to call for service after we received the furniture, because something got disconnected. The service guy Jacob Q. came on time, he was very polite and courteous. He was able to put it back together in no time as well secure it sonit doesn't happen again. He thought me additional information about my furniture that I was aware. Thank you Jacob for AWESOME service.

I love this store. It's easy to navigate. The best part is the employees don't hound you like they do in every other furniture store. They leave you alone to browse at your own pleasure.
Their check out process is pretty swift. You go to the back where they have the registers. You give them the model information of the items you want. You check out. They send the information to the warehouse, situated right outside, only a few feet away. You wait on the staff to tell you which of the hubs (numbered 1-11) to reverse your car into so that their employees can put the furniture in your vehicle. While you wait for that process, which usually isn't more than 10 minutes, you can buy some snacks, food, or drinks at their cafe, and sit in one of the comfortable chairs they have in their patio-like waiting area.
If you don't have a large enough vehicle, they also have delivery trucks.

Bought a couch they delivered it broken twice and couldn't replace. Got a refund. Picked a different couch. Also delivered broken. Do not recommend this business at all. Full refund and still need to find a different couch and business.

There was a confusion with the delivery time for my delivery. My schedule was from 8 - 11 but I wasn't going to be home until 9. I called to reschedule the time and thought everything was good. My delivery guys called @ 820 and said they would be there in about 13mins. They apologized for the confusing. They showed up unpacked everything and waited for about 10 mins for me to get home so I wouldn't miss my delivery. The delivery team was awesome. My salesman was awesome.

The transaction was excellent as was the delivery. Trent and Hunter communicated their arrival. They were was on time. I could not have asked for a more efficient crew. Spent thousands here. I would guess $5,000 in the last few months. Bought a crib and went to load into suv and the people refused to give me the crib i paid for saying the box wouldnt fit my suv. I said its fine ill unbox it if need be and load the parts inside. They refused saying it was their responsibility for my safe operation of a vehicle. They obviously wanted a delivery fee. Anyway this relationship is over. I demanded a refund and left.
